Helt Gresk is a small family business in the Trondheim district. Our goal is to bring a little taste of Greece through our love for food. We come from Greece so you can find to us authentic Gyros and our traditional dessert loukoumas.

Our recipe for gyros handed down from generation to generation. Gyros is made by well-marinated, juicy pork or chicken meat from Trøndelag, which is slow-grilled in a spyd for more than 8 hours and served with the wonderful fresh taste of vegetables and tzatziki. The tzaziki is homemade with Greek yoghurt. All the ingredients are wrapped in a delicious soft pita bread - a taste experience that you cannot forget!!
Loukoumas
Loukoumas is our traditional dessert that we used to serve in big family celebrations like marriages baptisms etc. Helping our grandmother to make them it was one of our lovely childhood memories.
The fluffy, puffy dough which is covered with pure honey or chocolate is a foodie experience unlike any other! These sweet balls are made with simple ingredients like flour, water and yeast, no eggs, no milk, no soya. They are always fresh, vegan and full of taste.
Our food truck has been constructed by reusable materials. Our ambitious is to visit every week a different town in the area of Trøndelag and to bring Greece little closer to Norway Of course you can book it for your special events and to give to your guests a mouth wondering experience!
Festivals
If you are in one of the festivals in Trøndelag and the familiar smell of the roasting meat or the sweetness of sugar comes to you, that means that we are too. Try to find us!!
