Helt Gresk is a small family-run Greek food truck based in the Trondheim area.
Our goal is to bring a real taste of Greece through our passion for food.
We serve authentic gyros from our food truck and offer Greek catering for smaller groups, office lunches and private gatherings.
Our recipe for gyros handed down from generation to generation. Gyros is made by well-marinated, juicy pork or chicken meat from Trøndelag, which is slow-grilled in a spyd for more than 8 hours and served with the wonderful fresh taste of vegetables and tzatziki. The tzaziki is homemade with Greek yoghurt. All the ingredients are wrapped in a delicious soft pita bread - a taste experience that you cannot forget!!
Our fleet includes three food trucks, available for company events, sommerfest, festivals and private parties across the area of Trondheim.
We serve authentic Greek gyros with fast service, quality ingredients and friendly staff.
Festivals
If you are in one of the festivals in Trøndelag and the familiar smell of the roasting meat or the sweetness of sugar comes to you, that means that we are too. Try to find us!!
